After years of working with Presidents, EVP’s and CFO’s, I started assisting the Chief Marketing Officer of a major men’s multi-channel retailer.  This position opened a whole new world to me…FASHION!  I was surprised to discover how much effort went into creating catalogs and commercials…  Yes, I will admit it I was one of “those” people that thought “how difficult could it be?  All you do is take a picture, right?” Wow, was I wrong!  For years I produced photo shoots, and since my background is in juggling schedules, travel and tempers…aka Executive Assistant, the coordination of a photo shoot was a cinch.  While producing photo shoots, I became intrigued by the process and wanted to learn more about what goes on behind the scenes.  So, when an in-house stylist position became available, I jumped at the opportunity.  Turns out, I have a knack for what my husband refers to as this folding clothes gig…and his perception is okay because I like having a little mystery in what I do.  I truly love my job and every day is a new adventure, and an opportunity to make someone or something beautiful.
